Itinerary
Start from Moshi – Drive to Ngorongoro Crater
We’ll pick you up early from Moshi, around 6:30–7:00 AM, and begin the scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you’ll pass rolling highlands, farmland, and Maasai villages, giving you a glimpse of local culture and landscapes.
Upon arrival at the Ngorongoro Crater rim, we’ll pause to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the crater floor, one of the largest intact volcanic calderas in the world. Here, your guide will explain the crater’s ecosystem, geology, and the variety of wildlife that calls it home.
In the afternoon, you’ll have a short game drive on the rim or in nearby areas, spotting grazing zebras, wildebeest, and elephants against the stunning backdrop of the highlands. After the drive, we’ll continue to the lodge for check-in. Dinner and overnight stay are provided, giving you time to relax and enjoy the tranquil environment.

Ngorongoro Crater – Full-Day Safari & Return to Moshi
After an early breakfast, we’ll descend into the crater floor for a full-day game drive. The morning safari lasts approximately 3–4 hours and is timed to catch the animals at their most active. You’ll see elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, and possibly even the rare black rhino. Birdlife around the crater’s seasonal lakes adds color to the landscape, with flamingos and pelicans often visible.
Around midday, we’ll stop for a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the crater, giving you time to relax and take photos. After lunch, the afternoon safari continues, exploring parts of the crater you haven’t visited yet. This ensures a comprehensive wildlife experience and plenty of opportunities for memorable photographs.
By late afternoon, we’ll ascend back to the crater rim and begin the drive back to Moshi, concluding your two-day Ngorongoro adventure filled with wildlife sightings, dramatic landscapes, and unforgettable memories.
